Our delivery is more than just a delivery, it is a white glove service.
When we arrive at your premises we will unpack the furniture, assemble it, place it for you and show you how to use it (if need be). Finally, we remove the packing materials so all you have to do is enjoy your new furniture.
Furniture items are often large and bulky necessitating a specific vehicle to deliver. Since the items are large, at least 2 delivery men are required. These costs are, for the most part, not included in the product pricing.
On a recent survey, we have found the Mobelli delivery prices to be favourable than any similar competitor.
Yes you can. (So long as this was not a custom order made for you). We are sad when people decide to cancel their order and hope we can change their mind. However, we realise that circumstances change.
You can view, touch, feel and sit on our furniture in our beautiful showrooms across South Africa. Mobelli has showrooms across South Africa in Illovo, Fourways, Paarden Eiland, Sea Point and Umhlanga.

Mobelli offers a next day dispatch to its customers. If you live within the Metro areas of Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town you can expect delivery to take place within a day (depending how busy the delivery team is). In Umhlanga metro area delivery can take place within 7 days.
We deliver all over South Africa and delivery times may depend on external delivery companies we use.
We deliver furniture all over South Africa. In the metro areas of Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Umhlanga we offer a white glove service up to 150km away from our distribution centre.
Further than that we contract external delivery companies who will deliver wherever you live.
At Mobelli we dislike it when people are too worried about their furniture staining from coffee or wine spills. That is why 99% of our outdoor collection fabrics are infused with Teflon coating at the time of extruding the yarn and so they hardly ever stain if cleaned regularly.
Our indoor collections can be scotch guarded as per your request. Please chat to us on the webchat or call us on 0861 Mobelli to get a quote on your fabric protection (it's not expensive and well worth it).
Most of our collections are in stock and upholstered in a selection of classical and safe colours. That means we can dispatch the furniture to you the very next day. Should you decide that you want a different fabric colour a reupholstery quote will be generated by one of our helpful sales people.
